Menopause Care & Hormone Therapy
Supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with personalized care, education, and guidance on hormone therapy.

Understanding Your Journey
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Certified Practitioner, my goal is to educate and empower midlife women to optimize their health during the menopause transition.
If you’re a woman experiencing perimenopause or menopausal symptoms, we’re here to support you through this important transition. While the average age of menopause in the U.S. is 51-52, many women begin noticing perimenopausal changes as early as their mid-30s.
Every woman’s experience is unique. Symptoms can range from mild and manageable to significantly disruptive. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, you deserve validation, clarity, and compassionate care.
Common Symptoms We Address
With advanced training in menopause medicine, we understand how the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause can influence nearly every organ system. These hormonal changes may also increase the long-term risk for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and other health concerns.
Our goal is to help you navigate this phase with confidence and personalized support.
We provide evidence-based education on hormone therapy and other treatment options for menopause-related symptoms.
Together, we will review the risks and benefits, consider your individual health factors, and explore all appropriate options so you can make an informed decision about whether hormone therapy is right for you.
Whenever possible, we also strive to select hormone therapy options that are covered by your insurance.
